Our operation and network management is supported by Distinctive Systems, a sophisticated ground transport platform. Based at our Head Office, a 24-hour control centre is on call 365-days a year, monitoring our fleet of luxury coaches and chauffeur cars via our unique satellite tracking system. New for 2014, we have fitted the entire fleet with a bespoke Telematics system, which accurately monitors individual driver performance. The system records five key actions; Acceleration, Braking, Cornering, Direction and Speeding, with real time notifications to both the driver and Operations team. All driver performance is reported on a remote platform, whereby we can address any improvements with our in-house driving school.
